Flight Information:
To ensure a smooth and timely airport collection, we kindly request your flight number and arrival time/terminal. This allows us to monitor your flight for any potential delays and adjust our pick-up schedule accordingly.
We ensure the accurate pick-up time possible by utilizing reliable flight information sources. However, in the rare instance where there may be a discrepancy between the information provided by you or external sources, we appreciate your understanding in working with us to confirm the most up-to-date arrival details.
Airport Transfer Fees:
Meet & Greet services at airports are subject to additional charges. For your convenience, our drivers will track your flight and aim to arrive in the arrivals area approximately 20 minutes after your scheduled landing time. Parking fees associated with Meet & Greet services at airports will be added to your final invoice.
Please be informed that prices quoted through our online booking system are estimates. In the rare instance of a pricing error, we reserve the right to adjust the fare accordingly.
Extended Luggage Claim:
If baggage claim takes longer than one hour, we kindly request you to contact us by phone. This allows us to inform the driver and adjust their waiting time if necessary. Any additional parking or waiting charges incurred due to extended delays will be added to your final invoice.
For holiday bookings, an estimated number of pieces of luggage is helpful in dispatching a vehicle with the appropriate cargo space.
Contact Information:
To ensure seamless communication, we require a mobile phone number for the person traveling (if possible).
Vehicle Substitutions:
In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., vehicle breakdown), Royal Travels reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle of a similar standard and capacity to avoid any inconvenience to our clients.
Payment and Fees:
The quoted price represents the final cost of your service, with the exception of any additional parking/waiting charges or deviations from the original booking.
Cancellations and No-Shows:
At Royal Travel Company, we are committed to providing exceptional airport and city transfer services. To maintain transparency regarding cancellations, please review our policy outlined below:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking. No charges will be applied.
- Cancellations made between 8 to 24 hours before the scheduled booking: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the scheduled booking: The full booking fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

In case of a no-show, the full fare will be invoiced.
